AWS MSK will patch the underlying operating system of brokers in our MSK cluster(s) with the latest OS updates between Saturday, January 18th, 2025 – 18:00 CE(S)T and Saturday, January 18th, 2025 – 22:00 CE(S)T. MSK patches brokers to address security vulnerabilities and to update software supporting the brokers. To ensure client I/O continuity during the update that is performed as part of the patching process, we recommend limited trading activity.
